Terms of Use
Effective Date: September 13, 2026
Last Updated: September 13, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://www.estinationservices.com/ (the “Website”) and the online features, content, communications, payment functions, and resources made available by EstiNation Construction Support Services (“EstiNation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing the Website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a proposal, making an online payment, or otherwise using the Website, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
1. Business Purpose
EstiNation provides remote construction-support services to clients throughout the United States. Services may include:

-
Quantity takeoffs;
-
Preconstruction support;
-
Bid preparation;
-
Scope review and bid leveling;
-
Procurement assistance;
-
Subcontractor and supplier sourcing;
-
Scheduling and project controls;
-
Project-management support;
-
Federal opportunity monitoring;
-
Solicitation review;

-
SAM.gov entity-registration administrative support; and
-
Federal proposal-development support.
The Website is intended primarily for contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other business users. If nonwaivable consumer-protection laws apply to a particular transaction, nothing in these Terms eliminates rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
2. Eligibility and Authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to use the Website or purchase services.
If you use the Website or purchase services on behalf of a company or another organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. In that situation, “you” includes both you and the organization you represent.
3. Website Information
The Website provides general information about EstiNation and its services. Website content is not a binding proposal, guaranteed price, professional opinion, or promise that EstiNation will accept a particular engagement.
Service descriptions, availability, pricing, turnaround times, and deliverables may change. A binding engagement begins only when the parties accept an applicable proposal, statement of work, service agreement, purchase order, or other written authorization.
4. Separate Proposals and Service Agreements
Specific projects may be governed by additional documents, including:
-
Proposals;
-
Statements of work;
-
Service agreements;
-
Nondisclosure agreements;
-
Purchase orders;
-
Change authorizations;
-
Invoices; and
-
Written project instructions.
Those documents may establish project-specific terms concerning scope, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, schedule, client responsibilities, compensation, confidentiality, intellectual property, insurance, dispute resolution, and liability.
If a project-specific written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the project-specific agreement controls for that project.
These Terms do not replace a signed professional-services agreement for substantial or ongoing work.
5. No Guarantee of Estimate, Bid, Project, or Award Results
Construction estimates, quantity takeoffs, schedules, procurement information, and related deliverables are based on the information available when the work is performed. Results may be affected by:
-
Incomplete or revised drawings;
-
Addenda;
-
Design changes;
-
Site conditions;
-
Labor availability;
-
Material availability;
-
Market conditions;
-
Supplier and subcontractor pricing;
-
Taxes, freight, tariffs, and escalation;
-
Client decisions;
-
Governmental requirements.
-
Information provided by third parties
Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, EstiNation does not guarantee:
-
A particular construction cost.
-
The accuracy of third-party pricing.
-
The availability of labor, materials, suppliers, or subcontractors.
-
Acceptance of a bid or proposal.
-
A project award.
-
A particular project profit or financial result;
-
Approval of a change order;
-
Compliance determinations by an owner, architect, engineer, agency, or contracting officer.
-
Registration or approval by SAM.gov.
-
Performance by a contractor, subcontractor, supplier, governmental body, or other third party.
Clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving estimates, quantities, proposals, schedules, submissions, and business decisions before relying on or submitting them.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely, accurate, complete, and authorized information reasonably necessary for EstiNation to perform requested services.
Client responsibilities may include:
-
Providing current drawings, specifications, addenda, and solicitation documents;
-
Identifying deadlines and submission requirements;
-
Disclosing known scope conditions and project constraints;
-
Reviewing assumptions, exclusions, and qualifications;
-
Verifying project-specific legal, licensing, bonding, insurance, and regulatory requirements;
-
Approving estimates, proposals, schedules, and other deliverables;
-
Confirming final prices with suppliers and subcontractors;
-
Maintaining required registrations and certifications;
-
Making final business and bid decisions.
-
Protecting access credentials and sensitive information.
EstiNation may rely on information provided by you and is not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unauthorized, or late information.
7. Federal Contracting and SAM.gov
SAM.gov is the official U.S. government system for federal contracting and entity information. SAM.gov entity registration is available without a government registration fee.
EstiNation is an independent construction-support and administrative consulting provider. EstiNation is not:
-
SAM.gov;
-
A federal agency;
-
A government representative;
-
A contracting officer;
-
An agent of the United States government; or
-
Authorized to guarantee federal registration, eligibility, compliance, responsiveness, evaluation, or contract awards.
Any reference or link to SAM.gov, the Federal Acquisition Regulation, or a federal agency is provided for informational or service-support purposes and does not indicate affiliation, endorsement, certification, or agency status.
Clients retain responsibility for reviewing and certifying the accuracy of information submitted to government systems. Clients must control their own login credentials, representations, certifications, and final submissions unless applicable law and a written agreement expressly permit otherwise.
8. No Architectural, Engineering, Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice
Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement and provided through appropriately qualified personnel, EstiNation’s services do not constitute:
-
Architectural services;
-
Professional engineering services;
-
Legal advice;
-
Accounting advice;
-
Tax advice;
-
Investment or financial advice;
-
Government certification; or
-
A code-compliance determination.
You should consult appropriately licensed or qualified professionals when those services or opinions are required.
Project-management support does not transfer a contractor’s responsibility for field supervision, job-site safety, means and methods, code compliance, licensing, workforce management, quality control, or contractual performance unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise.
9. Proposals, Pricing, and Currency
Website descriptions do not constitute fixed-price offers.
Applicable prices, deposits, retainers, milestones, hourly rates, reimbursable expenses, and payment schedules will be stated in a proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Unless otherwise stated:
-
Prices and payments are in U.S. dollars;
-
Quotes remain valid only for the period stated in the applicable proposal;
-
Changes in scope may require additional authorization and fees;
-
Additional work requested outside the agreed scope may be separately billed; and
-
You are responsible for reviewing pricing and scope before authorizing payment.
10. Online Payments and Wix Payments
EstiNation accepts online payments through Wix Payments.
By submitting a payment, you authorize Wix Payments and its payment-processing partners to charge the selected payment method for the displayed or agreed amount.
Wix Payments may use payment processors, acquiring banks, financial institutions, card networks, fraud-prevention providers, and alternative payment-method providers to process transactions. Depending on the transaction, Wix may use processors such as Adyen, Stripe, or PayPal.
Payment processing is also subject to the applicable terms and privacy notices of Wix Payments and its processing partners.
EstiNation is the merchant responsible for its customer transactions. Questions concerning an EstiNation invoice, service, refund, or charge should be directed to EstiNation at info@estinationservices.com.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Do not send complete payment-card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or online-banking credentials through EstiNation’s contact form, ordinary email, or project-document systems. Use only the secure Wix Payments checkout page or payment link.
11. Deposits and Payment Due Dates
Deposits, retainers, progress payments, and final-payment requirements will be identified in the applicable proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Unless a written agreement states otherwise:
-
Payment is due by the date shown on the applicable invoice;
-
EstiNation may delay commencement until a required deposit or initial payment is received;
-
EstiNation may pause work when an invoice becomes overdue;
-
Suspension caused by nonpayment may affect the project schedule;
-
Final deliverables may be withheld until outstanding amounts are paid, to the extent permitted by law; and
-
Additional work is not included merely because an initial payment was made.
A payment does not expand the agreed scope of services.
12. Taxes
You are responsible for taxes, assessments, or governmental charges applicable to your purchase unless EstiNation is legally required to collect and remit them.
Tax treatment of professional and construction-support services varies by jurisdiction. Any tax charged will be identified through the applicable invoice or payment process.
Each party remains responsible for its own income, payroll, employment, and business taxes.
13. Cancellations and Refunds
Project-specific cancellation and refund terms stated in a proposal, invoice, or service agreement control.
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise:
-
Fees for services already performed are nonrefundable;
-
Approved expenses and noncancelable third-party costs are nonrefundable;
-
A deposit may be applied to work performed, time reserved, administrative costs, and authorized expenses;
-
Prepaid amounts attributable to services not yet performed may be eligible for a refund after deducting earned fees and nonrecoverable costs;
-
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@estinationservices.com; and
-
Refunds, when approved, will generally be returned through the original payment method.
Payment-processing fees may be nonrefundable when they are not returned to EstiNation by Wix Payments or another financial provider, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits nonwaivable refund or cancellation rights provided by applicable law.
14. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact EstiNation promptly at info@estinationservices.com so the matter can be reviewed.
You agree not to knowingly submit false, fraudulent, or misleading payment disputes or chargeback claims.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising legitimate rights available through your card issuer, financial institution, Wix Payments, or applicable law.
EstiNation may provide relevant contracts, proposals, invoices, communications, work records, and delivery documentation to Wix Payments, financial institutions, card networks, or other parties when reasonably necessary to respond to a payment dispute or chargeback.
15. Recurring Payments
EstiNation will not initiate recurring charges unless the applicable proposal, checkout process, or service agreement clearly discloses:
-
The amount or calculation method;
-
The billing frequency;
-
The duration or renewal terms; and
-
The cancellation procedure.
Recurring payments require your express authorization. You may cancel future recurring charges according to the applicable agreement, subject to amounts already earned or due.
16. User Submissions and Project Documents
You retain ownership of documents and information that you provide, subject to any rights held by third parties.
By submitting documents or information, you grant EstiNation a limited right to access, reproduce, analyze, modify, transmit, and otherwise use them as reasonably necessary to:
-
Evaluate your inquiry;
-
Prepare a proposal;
-
Provide authorized services;
-
Communicate with project participants;
-
Maintain appropriate records;
-
Process payments; and
-
Comply with legal obligations.
You represent that:
-
You have authority to provide the information;
-
EstiNation’s authorized use will not violate third-party rights;
-
The information is not unlawfully obtained; and
-
You will not knowingly submit malicious code or unlawful content.
Submitting information through the Website does not, by itself, create an exclusive relationship, fiduciary duty, professional engagement, or confidentiality agreement. Confidentiality obligations may be established through a signed nondisclosure or service agreement.
17. Ownership of Website Content
The Website and its original content—including text, branding, graphics, logos, page designs, service descriptions, downloads, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to EstiNation and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and print reasonable portions of the Website for internal informational and business-evaluation purposes.
Without prior written permission, you may not:
-
Republish Website content;
-
Sell or sublicense Website content;
-
Copy substantial portions for a competing service;
-
Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices;
-
Scrape or systematically extract content;
-
Misrepresent EstiNation content as your own; or
-
Use EstiNation’s name, logo, or branding in a manner suggesting unauthorized endorsement or affiliation.
18. Ownership and Use of Deliverables
Ownership and permitted use of estimates, takeoffs, schedules, proposals, reports, templates, spreadsheets, and other deliverables will be governed by the applicable proposal or service agreement.
If no separate written agreement addresses usage rights, then, upon full payment, the client receives a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the final deliverable internally for the project for which it was prepared.
Unless expressly authorized in writing, deliverables may not be:
-
Resold;
-
Published publicly;
-
Licensed to unrelated third parties;
-
Used for a different project;
-
Modified and represented as EstiNation-approved; or
-
Used before required payment is completed.
-
Preexisting methods, templates, systems, formulas, databases, know-how, and general skills remain the property of EstiNation or their respective owners.
19. Third-Party Information, Software, and Links

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement, affiliation, or responsibility for their content or practices.
Your use of third-party products and platforms is subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.
